You’ll have to check with the Eskimo’s – who had virtually no carbohydrate sources for much of the year. They manage quite nicely.
And if you eat nutritionally dense vegetables, you’ll get plenty of carbohydrates, as stated above.
But the human body does not need carbs… it can do quite nicely without.
