  • I train indoors at home about half of the time by hitting the bag, doing katas and dumbbells. I like the getting together thing and I am starting to get light enough to do some sparring. I guess I’ll try to get into the karate school as part of my regular workout this year. I hope everyone has a plan B incase their normal workout can’t happen because as you know consistency is key.
