The Truth About Abs

This may seem a strange product for losing weight – but I’ve found it’s the most comprehensive for long-term weight loss. You’ll learn a comprehensive routine of both sensible eating habits, as well as a great exercise routines from Mike Geary, a physical fitness trainer who really knows his stuff! Although I spent over a decade in the Marine Corps (well known for physical fitness!) I learned a few new tricks that I’d never known about proper exercise, and what’s the most efficient way to stay in shape – this guy really knows how to improve the human body!

I also liked his take on nutrition, although I’ve personally found a Low-Carb lifestyle to be the best for me, Mike Geary shoots for a more balanced all-around approach that will not be as dramatic a change in diet as most programs.

New Body - New Life Michael Marsh at age 50

Michael Marsh is just a tad different from the ordinary, run of the mill Weightloss Guru… he’s not a Physical Fitness Trainer, he’s not a celebrity running infomercials – he’s just an ordinary 50 year old guy who came to a realization that many of you are now accepting… "Several years ago I had a wake up call. I knew that if I wanted to be around long enough to see my kids grow up… some things had to change." Michael makes the point that if any diet plan or weight loss product really worked, 2 out of 3 Americans wouldn’t be obese.

Much in common with the ‘6 Pack Abs’ program – an overall and comprehensive change in your lifestyle to gain the weightloss you need.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots

I’m tempted to be flip and tell you that you really do need to be an idiot to buy this – but that would be far too strong an indictment. While I’m certainly not opposed to diets (I’m an Atkins fan…), indeed, virtually any diet will work if you’re able to stay on it – this program gives you completely unusable menus. For example, one day’s menu consists of Peanuts and walnuts for a meal, Turkey slices and Orange Roughy for another meal, a bowl of pinto beans, and last but certainly not least, shrimp and boiled eggs for your final meal of the day.

I’ve included this only because there’s so much hype surrounding this particular weightloss program.
